Our Team

Harry began working at age 15 with Hitchman Construction, gaining hands-on experience across multiple operations. His interest in operating began after meeting a Local 946 operator on a residential job, which led to employment during an expansion at the Irving Refinery and led to union membership in 1999. After moving to Alberta, he transferred to Local 955 in 2013. Known as a people-focused leader with strong morals and a commitment to fairness, Harold values listening and helping others. His most memorable role was crane maintenance at Kearl Lake from 2022–2025. As an Executive Board Member, he prioritizes strong membership, training, transparency, and a safety-first mindset.
