Cliff Needle
Auditor
Cliff began working at just six years old raking blueberries in New Brunswick. He joined Operating Engineers Local 955 in March 2006, starting with Myshak Crane & Rigging in Fort McMurray as a boom-truck operator and truck driver before completing his mobile crane training. Known as a patient listener and dedicated mentor, he values supporting apprentices and removing barriers to trade education. Influenced most by his father’s strong work ethic and union background, he brings a commitment to training and fairness. As an Executive Board Member, Cliff hopes to be a strong voice for members while promoting safety through communication, assessment, and proper training.
