OE955 Pipelayer Certificate Program is an introductory training program with the purpose of developing the knowledge, skills and attitudes of a competent pipeline workforce.
This course features both classroom instructional and practical training. The classroom instruction offers a blend of online learning opportunities and face-to-face instruction. Students have access to online materials using dedicated Microsoft Surface tablets, and printed Student Workbooks and related operator manuals.
Pipelayer (Sideboom) operators who have successfully completed the training will demonstrate safe and competent operation and maintenance of equipment, in accordance with OHS, manufacturer, and employer specifications.
